Most orders are processed within 24 hours by
either USPS
Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.
Holidays, or items on back order may slow our response
slightly. We make every effort to ship your packages promptly.
Note: Free Shipping is only
offered to orders above $98.00 and addresses in the United States.
How can I pay for my
order?
We except Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Money Orders.
If you would like to pay by America Express, Discover Card or Electronic
Check you can purchase through PayPal (PayPal no longer
requires the buyer to become a member of its services).
To use PayPal just select it as your payment option when
checking out.
Is
it safe to submit my credit card information?
Online ordering is completely secure and encrypted by Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to meet the highest standards
of trust and protection on the internet. We do not
store credit card numbers.

International Orders:
This site's
shopping cart cannot currently calculate
international shipping. We are in the process of
correcting this inconvenience.

Note: Shipments made outside of the US may be
subject to import duties and taxes which are the
responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy:
To receive a refund, you must return your product
within 30 days of the Invoice Date. We ask that you
send an email to
returns@photicgear.com to ask for a RMA
number. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. The
RMA number is only valid for 14 days. All returned package(s)
must clearly display this RMA number on the outside of the
packaging. All products must be in resalable
condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
There is a 10% restock fee for all returns. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you return an
item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Once
the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for
processing. If approved, the return will be credited back to
the credit card used for the purchase.
Note: We do not accept returns on Audio CD's.

be in resalable condition. If the products received are

the customer's account and the product will be returned to

Concepts, LLC - www.PhoticGear.com' is not responsible for
products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost
shipments. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is
best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight
carrier. Please inform 'Quick
Concepts, LLC - www.PhoticGear.com' of
such shipping problems so that you won't be held responsible
for the refusal. Once you accept the package, 'Quick
Concepts, LLC - www.PhoticGear.com'
will
